Terms & Conditions for In-Person Events

By signing up to attend this event, I acknowledge that SEON may capture photographs and video footage of me during the event. I hereby grant SEON, its affiliates, and authorized partners the right to use these images and recordings for: Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook);

Internal communications and event recaps;
Marketing and promotional materials (digital and print);
Website or blog content.

This consent is completely voluntary, and no compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

Upon the usage of the photographs and videos, I consent to such materials becoming the sole property of SEON and that I will no longer be entitled to them, provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

2. Scope of Use

I understand that:

My image may be visible individually or as part of a group;
The media may be cropped, edited, or otherwise modified;
SEON will not use the materials in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

3. Data Protection Notice

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

Withdraw your consent at any time for any future use of your image or likeness;
Request access to, correction or deletion of your data;
Contact SEONʼs Data Protection Officer DPO at: [email protected];
Images already published before withdrawal may remain online in archived or shared posts, but SEON will endeavor to prevent further use where feasible.
