Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Keep the clients updated regarding our daily operations
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients
  • Cooperate with the sales team and other other departments working on the same account
  • Establish budgets with the client and company
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts
Our requirements are:
  • Advanced Business English is a must, we have mainly foreign partners
  • Excellent communication skills and sales aptitude
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT service) is an advantage
  • Experience with SaaS businesses is an advantage
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is a huge advantage (preferably Spanish)
